In this latest installment of Casshern Sins (a.k.a. emobots) we see what is almost plot movement. For the first time in the whole series I felt like maybe this show had something more than one-episode stories going on in it. So if you were holding out watching this show due to lack of plot, you now have no excuse.

Ep 9 is out. Is this show going anywhere? I mean, I haven’t really watched it since ep1 and yet, I watched ep9 and nothing really has happened. Basically all these eps have been self-contained stories with the only connection being robots wanting to eat Casshern and the pink haired bitch blaming him for ruining the world. Seriously Japan, WHERE’S THE STORY?!

Edit: THIS SHOW IS GOING EVERYWHERE. CLEARLY THERE ARE DEEPER UNDERTONES TO THIS HEARTFELT STORY THAT YOU CANNOT GRASP BECAUSE YOU FAIL. Just kidding, every episode is more and more emobots with occasional “wtf” added in for fun. -Calan
This episode, titled “An Ode of Hope” features some Engrish music that I found to be pretty decent, and overall not very much talking – some good action instead. I’d say this is one of the more enjoyable of the episodes to date, so go download it!
