Hai gaiz. More Basquash! soon. I hear that this episode deals with the very real issue of obesity and drastic weight loss, as well as the starvation of children. I’m not sure why, but it really seems like the creators are trying to send a message this episode. Maybe one of them has been touched by these issues. Perhaps we will never know.
Want to hear more about this episode as you download our release? Read about Basquash! Episode 18 – spoiler-free, I promise!
The episode has now been released:
Basquash! Episode 18 Torrent
As for people who seem to be having trouble playing our episodes, we don’t really know what to tell you. All members of our team have tested our releases using the latest version of CCCP and had no problems. Like many groups, we aim to allow CCCP to play the files, but won’t go out of our way to accommodate other players (i.e. VLC). Thousands of people download our releases, and very few seem to have problems, leading us to believe this is an isolated incident caused by an odd configuration. Sorry.
Yeah, the American public needs to know about these issues.
lol
Basquash!!

Anyone could help me pls?:-(? I’m looking for english subtitle cos i D/L MKV file there wasn’t anysub:-(
..I got first five only
@ecat233
It is softsubbed, so you need the correct codec and player in order to see the subtitles. Also, if you are using the new MediaPlayer Home Cinema Edition, then you need to use something else, since the subtitles doesn’t work for MKV files. Zoom player works and surprisingly, Media Player 11 also works with the subtitles.
@Anime Fan
It works in MediaPlayer Home Cinema, but you need to change the rendering engine to VRM9 (renderless).
I would recommend KMPlayer to watch videos/movies.
Yaya, almost out!
Heheheh boobsquash.
you guys are the only sub group for this anime that ill watch all others are sub-par basquash is hilarious and BTW people that cant play it use VLC great media player with all codecs built in new version even supports blu-ray
Try the Free VLC media player for MKVs and other unique codecs.

All Free, with plenty ancillary capabilities and under te hood tweaks for those inclined .
Basquash!
I had problems too getting steady framerates using MPC HC and having subtitles enabled (I run an old single core athlon @2GHz). Problems went away when I went back to using regular MPC 6.4.8.9 (or latest ver. it shouldn’t matter).
Now I have two things to thank Umai for – the quality releases for Basquash!, and for reminding me to reinstall MPC reg. after my reformat
thanks for the episode!
BASQUASH!!

Thanks for the release!
Just download zplayer and let it install the required codecs and after that install the ones of your needings.
And if that dont work get a hardware upgrade.
PS Thanks for the release. Keep the good work!
Actually the files play fabulously on VLC.. I don’t know what the nut is wrong with the chosen few who are having problem playing on VLC.. or Media Player using CCCP.
Those using Mac can install Perian codec, google it.
I’ve played the files across multiple platforms and across multiple codec packs, works just fine. Fantastic work Umai (Y)!

^it’s a video glitch. Was in the transport stream. Sometimes they don’t come out perfect. It happens.
@Ken, that was due to a series of frame glitches (about 10 frames) in the transport stream (i.e. it was broadcast with those glitches). Since it was a panning scene, there were no duplicate frames to replace those 10 glitched frames with, so we had to leave it like that.
Blame the station, wait for the Blu-ray.
appreciate the clarification. thx for the relase. cheers
Missing word in “How did you know (we) would emerge aboveground there?” at 9:30. Also, shouldn’t ‘there’ be ‘here’ as they are still at the same place?
Nevertheless, thanks very much for the release.
Yeah, we know about that error. We might do a v2 for the batch torrent.
The only problems I have with your videos is the karaoke in the OP and ED, and that’s because my computer is old and has shit CPU.
