Since it was a panning scene, there were no duplicate frames to replace those 10 glitched frames with, so we had to leave it like that. I don't know what the nut is wrong with the chosen few who are having problem playing on VLC.. or Media Player using CCCP. Those using Mac can install Perian codec, google it.
