Seriously, as clip episodes go, this one’s not too bad. It’s over 50% new animation, and provides a look into a significant character that hasn’t had much chance to be developed yet.
At least Kawamori knows how to make a clip episode that isn’t TOTALLY worthless.

I think there is only 26 episodes. You never know, there may be a second season though
There’s gotta be a second season. They’ve built up too much mystery to give us a satisfying ending in just 6 more episodes (Wikipedia says it’s 25 episodes)…
Yeah, Wikipedia says 25, but ANN claims at least 26 and doesn’t actually give a figure for the total number. AniDB also agrees on an “unknown” number of episodes, so… let’s basquat in hope, right?

I gotta make a precisation. The names of the three old men are Rosso, Giallo and Bianco. “Giaro” is the result of the japanese mispronunciation. They’re the italian words for the colors red, yellow and white.
